Yin Yoga is a gentle Yoga style where we work on the deep connective tissues like faszias, ligaments, tendons and joints.
The nervous system regulates and regenerates and a sense of calm and safety arises.
We work weekly on different topics which includes physical areas of the body and different meridians from TCM as well.
